• Primary day-to-day contact for all billable and promotional label orders under the Warner Music Group umbrella• Assist labels, artist managers, and third party affiliates in processing physical audio orders from start to end• Facilitate artist accounts financial budgets with Credit & Billing departments • Serve as the customer service liaison between artist management and the appropriate label contacts• Track order timelines and manage 20+ high volume accounts weekly throughout multiple inboxes • Review and examine various forms and documents to ensure completeness and accuracy for all parties• Oversee the accuracy of New Release and Catalog titles being placed with inventory managers and label contacts
