I manage a team of five and millions in yearly material buying. My team plans and implements an enterprise supply and demand planning solution focused on shortening product lead times and introducing a flexible purchasing program. Wins to date:Reduced costs by millions, and decreased product lead times by 27%. Cut down aged inventory by 16.8% and reduced inventory risks.✔️ Global Sourcing Management: I partnered with the Asia sourcing team to build a long-term sourcing strategy. We were thrilled to see how this approach improved forecast accuracy and capacity planning for 20+ vendor partners. ✔️ Strategic Planning: Anticipating shifts in the market or consumer demand is a superpower of mine. Using data analytics, I build strategies for short-term or long-term impact. For example, I led an initiative to reduce lead times by enabling closer-to-market purchasing. The result?Overall leadtime reduction across all Products by 28%. In 2024 Launched a "Go-To-Market" program with leadtimes reduced from 180 to 90 days
