CurrentLead the Lifecycle Marketing + Operations team to improve lifecycle communications in our B2B and B2B2C funnels.- Outbound campaigns leading to $729.4 million in lead value (93% to 2024 goal by EOQ3).- Reduced median sales cycle length from 36 days to 18 days through launch of onboarding campaigns and lifecycle operations.- Lead development and execution of customer centric lifecycle plans working cross functionally with product, data, Student Success, and Partner Success to drive business outcomes. - Uses customer data analytics and business goals to create targeting of certain audience segments to drive adoption of new products. - Drive forward new ideas to optimize existing funnels and build new funnels based on data to drive re-engagement. - Works with UX, Data and Product teams on lifecycle marketing efforts for new product launches. - Held loan applications by email metric strong and steady during volatile credit market.
