- Work closely with the marketing manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including designing promotional materials such as website banners, social media visuals, brochures and email marketing campaigns (EDMs).- Collaborate with the product development team to design graphic t-shirts as well as product packaging.- Ensure all design work adheres to the company’s brand guidelines, including logo usage, colour palette, typography, and imagery.- Take high-quality product photos for the company’s website and other marketing materials.- Create engaging flat lay photos for social media posts that showcase products in a creative and eye-catching way.- Oversee and manage the maintenance of the company’s Shopify website, including updating product listings, adding new content, and ensuring website functionality.

- Leading post production team to ensure garments adhere to quality before being delivered to warehouse- Monitoring staff’s productivity and quality of work - Plan and prioritise works for staff to meet deadlines- Supervising the process of attaching logos using the heat press machine as well as tagging and barcoding garments- Overseeing the manufacturing efficiency, troubleshoot where production levels are low and address problems- Training new staff members- Creating BOM’s to ensure accurate costing is calculated for post production- Creating line sheet for the collection - Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems - Delegating work in the Director’s absence- Making decisions on behalf of Director’s instruction- Liaising with staff and suppliers and order materials when needed

- Collaborate on a project to develop creative assets that can be used across the brand and campaign to increase sales. - Design custom graphic prints for garments- Create custom graphic content and hand drawn artwork from scratch in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop- Layout design for fashion lookbook, merchandise book, website banners, digital advertisements and other design elements as requested - Create technical drawing of garments for line sheets and technical packs- Assist ecommerce team with photo editing and retouching

• Coordinating between departments to achieve daily priorities and working with production manager to process and manage production flow• Transferring of orders, preparing trims/notions and allocating work to machinists• Manage Vertex program for various data entry, for example, style creation, production timing, creating orders, generating work tickets and barcode scanning, inputting attendance hours and maintaining performance report • Use Apparel 21 Software including printing work tickets, printing product labels, scanning work bundles and tracking orders• Assisting with sampling process • Stock taking products and trims/notions

• Snipping and checking quality of sewn garments and adhering to design specification and quality standards• Ensuring any faults are provided to team leader for correction• Meeting daily QC targets• Lay up fabric in preparation for bulk cutting• Safely carry, lift and load heavy fabric rolls onto the fabric spreader• Quality control fabric during laying to ensure faults are found.• Verify that fabric pattern, and size align with order• Ensure correct grain, pattern matching and correct methods are maintained.
