Miami-Dade Family Learning Partnership is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to families and children in our community. All In The Family Program is an initiative from the organization that offers an intensive parenting support program with a focus on strengthening parent-child interactions, nurturing relationships, reducing harsh discipline, and fostering parents’ ability to promote children’s social, emotional, and language development. The program uses The Incredible Years curriculum, one of the few evidence-based curricula approved by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. This program is funded by The Children’s Trust and is free to families residing in Miami-Dade County. - Be a lead facilitator and a co-facilitator to ensure the program is provided to fidelity and in high quality manner. - Create and edit lesson plans for the parenting session.- Develop the interactive activities that occur during the sessions. - Recommend incentives to provide the families as it relates to the session topics. - Recruit families through community outreach events.- Call prospective families interested in enrolling in the All In The Family Parenting Program.- Call participants to provide weekly check-ins and remind families about the upcoming session. - Send weekly emails about home activities, session handouts, and information about the upcoming session. - Schedule home visits with participants to collect paperwork and provide incentives. - Create and edit PowerPoint presentations for each session. - Show the Vignettes listed on the session outline. - Ensure Individual and group attendance sign-in sheet are complete and fill out the Incredible Years Leader Checklist for each session. - Score assessments and schedule consultations with participants to review assessments scores.- Help Read Out and Read Florida program runs smoothly throughout the organization and participate on events like Children's week and The Health Summit.
