About Stephanie Moss

With a Master in Social Work degree from USC and a concentration in Community Organizing, Policy and Administration (COPA), I have gathered 10 years of experience at the administrative level serving alongside a CEO and an ED of community-based, non-profit organizations serving marginalized populations. Utilizing a collaborative approach, I have experience implementing and improving programs, policies, and partnerships. I am energized by opportunities to improve systems and policies for efficiency and effectiveness, I thrive when collaborating with others and particularly enjoy engaging a multi-disciplinary approach to strengthen networks, and I am both personally and professionally driven by ethics and standards of excellence. I enjoy dialogue surrounding issues of social justice and challenging others to see alternate perspectives. I am adaptable, teachable, humble, creative and enthusiastic - I would love to be a part of an innovative organization to learn from and work alongside other social change agents.
