Inheriting a business in September 2011 that had zero revenue, Stephen focused the practice’s service offerings and steadily grew revenue and the client base throughout 2012, turning the performance around to profitability. Over a five year period, he dramatically grew the business, increasing the consulting headcount by tenfold to over 150, growing revenue to in excess of USD20M, opening offices in Malaysia and Hong Kong, expanding the client base and beating all profit targets.Stephen solutioned, sold, delivered and led engagements across Asia in a variety of industries, such as Banking, Consumer Products, Mining, Insurance, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Retail and Utilities.
