• Mai (ใหม่) is the Thai word for new. Whether for individuals or organisations, change is inevitable and those that are successful are the ones that embrace the change and find a new direction for their growth.
• Ri (리) is the Korean word for village. It is common for people to say that “it takes a village” and this is true for the achievement of successful change for both individuals and organisations.
• Arth (अर्थ') is the Hindi word for meaning. It is vitally important for all individuals and organisations to define their meaning or purpose. We see companies publish their Vision and Mission and likewise it is important for individuals to define their personal mission statements in order to successfully drive the change required to grow.
