As an IT Support Technician, I have been passionate about delivering efficient and effective technical assistance to various organizations. My most recent role was at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital, where I played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of computer systems.I specialized in troubleshooting and resolving a diverse range of issues, encompassing PC maintenance, network configurations, and both software and hardware problem resolution. My dedication to providing IT solutions contributed to the optimal functioning of critical hospital systems, fostering a technologically resilient environment. In addition, I completed the Digital Jobs 2 program, a transformative initiative empowering youth to develop essential digital skills, including data analysis, which enabled me to make informed decisions and drive meaningful insights. I hold a BS in Information Technology from the University of Cape Coast, and I have obtained multiple certifications from Google and Saylor Academy, demonstrating my commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
