Over twenty-two (22) years of management experience in the design, implementation and evaluation of community and socio-economic development programs in multi-cultural settings. Played lead roles in proposal/grant writing for food security, education, health, natural resource management and disaster relief programs for major donors such as USAID, SIDA, CIDA and DFID. Over 17 years management experience of USAID-funded programs in four countries in Africa-Ghana, Guinea, Ethiopia & South Sudan. Over 10 years experience in the development of training modules/manuals as well as the facilitation/teaching of adult learners within the formal (post-secondary and university levels) and non-formal cross cultural settings. Other fields of competences include; socio-economic baseline survey and research; monitoring and evaluation/impact studies; monetization and management of food as development resource; and social policy analysis. High levels of hands-on expertise in team building, community relations, conflict management, diplomacy and negotiations. Excellent spoken and written fluency in English and working proficiency in French.
