Stephen Atkinson is a corporate lawyer whose practice focuses on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, primarily representing business owners either selling their businesses to outside buyers or transitioning ownership internally to the next generation. His past experience includes representing commercial banks in syndicated and bilateral lending transactions, especially asset-based financing for commodities traders. Stephen received his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Alabama Law Review and was inducted to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from Columbia International University.
