Responsible for providing excellent technical support to approximately 700 Cracker Barrel employees both at the corporate home office & in the field. Primary areas of concentration include Information Services & Distribution Center. Scope of support includes troubleshooting, problem solving, desktops, laptops, VPN, software), tablets, smart-phones, printers, & some networking equipment. Create & document hardware configuration processes for company desktops, laptops, & tablets. Create and manage time reporting tools & processes across multiple departments. Serve as IT Project Manager over various IT projects. Lead and/or assist in other IT project opportunities. Responsible for large scale software deployments. Serve as the Information Services representative on the Cracker Barrel Moves Committee; responsible for the coordination & logistics involved when relocating existing employees as well as on-boarding new employees. Other areas of focus include strategy, hardware/software evaluation, testing, documentation, reporting, collaboration, & 24 hour rotating on-call support.

Scope of support includes troubleshooting, problem solving, desktops, laptops, VPN, software, tablets, smart-phones, printers, & some networking equipment. Create & document hardware configuration processes for company desktops & laptops. Responsible for large scale software deployments (key accomplishments include near-flawless Microsoft Office 2010 implementations to approximately 600 corporate computers & over 1,200 restaurant computers). Serve as the Information Services representative on the Cracker Barrel Moves Committee; responsible for the coordination & logistics involved when relocating existing employees as well as on-boarding new employees. Deploy security patches & updates to an assigned zone of company computers & servers. Other areas of focus include hardware/software evaluation, testing, documentation, reporting, collaboration & 24 hour rotating on-call support.

Provide tier 1 & tier 2 technical support to over 600 Cracker Barrel restaurant locations & over 100 field users via telephone & remote connection. Scope of support includes troubleshooting, problem solving, desktops, laptops, servers, switches, routers, wireless access points, VPN, satellite & broadband internet, printers, wireless PDAs, & point-of-sale equipment. Assist in configuration & implementation of various equipment upgrades & roll-outs. Design and manage departmental intranet website. Create & update procedural, software, & hardware documentation. Served as an analyst on 3rd, 2nd, & 1st shifts.

Run errands for partners, associates, and firm staff. Assist in the upkeep of the law library. Organize & maintain case file archives at off-site warehouse. Responsible for other miscellaneous office help.
