Working in Golf Operations here at NBCC, I am responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards across multiple areas of the golf course, including practice facilities, bag room, cart services, and valet parking.My role involves:- Ensuring the practice facility is consistently presented to high standards, including ball management, bunker maintenance, and equipment stocking.- Managing the bag room with attention to detail, cleaning clubs, coordinating with the starter for timely bag retrieval, and performing basic club repairs.- Overseeing cart fleet maintenance, including cleaning, restocking, and reporting maintenance issues.- Providing professional valet services for daily operations and large-scale events, managing efficient parking logistics for up to 1,000 guests.- Collaborating closely with golf professional staff during tournaments and events to ensure smooth operations.- Maintaining clear communication across all departments to uphold the club's high standards and meet member expectations.- Actively engaging with members and guests to provide personalized, attentive service while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

In my role as an operations assistant, I play a vital role in making high-profile golf tournaments at Orange County's top courses run smoothly. I work directly with vendors and course staff to ensure every detail is carefully managed to create a seamless experience for players. By building strong relationships and focusing on excellent customer service, I help guarantee that all participants have the resources for a memorable event. This position is helping me sharpen my skills in on-site operations and hospitality, allowing me to adapt and thrive in a constantly changing environment.

As an intern for 19th Hole Golf Productions I gained valuable experience in the execution of running high-profile charity golf tournaments. I learned to coordinate event logistics, including vendor equipment distribution and course preparation, while managing on-site operations to enhance each player's experience and tournament flow. In addition, I took charge of social media initiatives on Instagram, where I learned to boost event visibility and engagement by capturing and curating visual content for marketing and real-time event coverage.
