At the University of Toronto(E.A.S.I) as a Production Control Coordinator my duties included providing day and evening support for SAP AMS(Administrative Management System), Financial Services, HRIS services and Student services

At HP Canada my role as Technical Consultant III was to provide Quality Assurance (QA) Level 2 and 3 support for CIBC, Global Payments of Canada (GPC) and TD bank. I provided daily 24/7 support and maintenance for the automation/communication group. Also provided support for Point of Sale(POS)/Remote Banking(RB) application and operations groups.

As Senior Programmer Analyst working on the Front-End Equity Trading System. I developed and maintained application and the database systems for the Front-End Equity Trading systemMaintaining and developed translation (C/C++) programs for FIX and STAMP protocol. Vendor Verification and Disaster Recovery documentation pertaining to issues.

Appointed as Programmer/Analyst: Programming on the Drug Assured Card Application system. Used a SDLC methodology applying a number of languages, the languages that were used were SCOBOL, COBOL, TAL, C and TACL. The application provided network claims processing.

Part of a Technical Application Group (TAG) that supported the following systems: Ontario Municipal Provincial Police (OMPAC) and Ontario Ambulance Response Information System (ARIS). All systems were on a Tandem/Guardian platform using SDLC methodologies.

As an APL programmer I developed and maintained fixed income securities database systems. These were time- series database systems that I developed and maintained. These time-series fixed income database products were all bond systems for Euro Bonds, Canadian Bonds and American Bonds, Wood Gundy and The Financial Post.
