Training Lead/Instructional Materials Developer
U. S. Army Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Directorate (ISR), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (1/2011 – 1/2015). Responsible for analyzing ISR Process Improvement training needs, writing organization-wide training plans, developing objective specific training plans, scripting & storyboarding WBT, developing instructional materials (online/print/instructor guides), video (writing/directing/producing) and instructor-led training products on Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) & Process Improvement. Previous responsibilities included supporting the Computer-Based Aircraft Survivability Training (CBAT) program development efforts, defining strategies for technical solutions servings a technical expert to the program, analyzing customer requirements, and advising product development based on the analysis of line of business needs, data gathering, collaborating with development team to ensure proper implementation of software requirements, and testing new functionality to ensure meeting all customer requirements.NOTE: I came aboard working with the CBAT program. When the Army defunded the position, LMCO moved me to the Process Improvement (PI) team. In 2013 management decided, rather than having a 12 person PI team working for 8 different contracting companies, they wanted the all PI personnel under one company and I “moved” to Wyle.
