52D20/Power Generation Equipment Tech/Team Chief
•Diagnosed, adjusted, repaired, overhauled engines used on various types of power generation equipment from 2kw to 150kw used on radars, missile launchers, field electronics and auxiliary equipment.•Extensive experience troubleshooting generator electronic control systems and instrumentation during field conditions (extreme and urgent) to include temperature, pressure and flow switches, sensors, governor control units, over-speed switches, voltage regulators and fault relay panels, using wiring diagrams, schematics, and testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters or ammeters.•Modified electrical and electronic circuits with the use of soldering equipment, wires and testing tools.•Fully knowledgeable with OSHA, Hazmat and Army safety policies with electrical and hazardous materials.•Responsible for the welfare/training of at least 6 soldiers to include clothing, equipment, weapons and I even cross-trained personnel in job duties that resulted in reduced supervision requirements and savings in overtime hours.
