My professional career began as owner/salesperson for two Boston area retailers of home audio equipment, specifically directed to the "audiophile" market. There I managed virtually all of the day to day operations as well as being lead salesperson. During this time I was also sales consultant for a local audio manufacturer.I began as a salesperson at Cambridge SoundWorks. (CSW is a manufacturer of home speakers and table top radios as well as a retailing electronics from other manufacturers.) I became training manager for CSW when they lauched a chain of retail locations in the Boston and San Francisco. In this capacity I created a training progam used for all salespersons at the retail locations. Cambridge SoundWorks was aquired by CREATIVE, manufacturer of computer add-on products like "Soundblaster". I travelled to Singapore to train Creative employees on CSW product. My last position at CSW added management of the Call Center for HIFI.Com to my responsibilitiesAt Sapphire Audio I was project manager for the introduction of a new line of loudspeakers. This line was distributed primarily by Tweeter Etc. so I travelled to train in Tweeter retail locations across the country. I transitioned to Tivoli Audio, a sister company to Sapphire as one of two Product Managers for their line of table top and portable radios. In this capacity I worked with the engineers in this country and the manufacturers in China for the development of new products and maintainence of existing production standards. I this capacity I travelled regularly to mainland China for onsite evaluation of our factories specifically to insure quality standards.Specialties: Product Development, Sales/Product training
