Employed to deliver software training and asses the user adoption aspect of the project. I used my excellent literary digital skills to quickly learn the Digital Attendance software’s interface. I am was responsible for designing and creating innovative and inclusive blended technical training, facilitating high quality trainer lead online workshops to all the stakeholders involved in the Digital Attendance Project. Other duties include project documentation, administration, prioritising tasks, independent research, testing, raising errors and problem-solving queries from students and advising curriculum on best practice. I am improving my knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.

Employed to provide expertise and support to the end user on an SAP software implementation. I built excellent relationships with Process Leads and Business Analysts to develop a thorough understanding of the IS Waste, Marketing(CRM), Sales and Distribution(CRM), Asset Management and Procurement SAP modules. I worked closely with the training and change teams. I created detailed training manuals and undertook research into training needs and conducted job role mapping. I collected and managed complex and specialists training information from each site. I analysed the data to give recommendations on the training delivery strategy. Representing the Project, I delivered software process change presentations to a diverse group of site workers and area managers across the UK. Delivering in a change management environment, I used my interpersonal and persuasive skills to support and negotiate with the managers

Offering support and academic guidance to young adults, I managed and supervised the welfare of 150 learners across 4 curriculums. I held face to face student support meetings and presented tutorials in personal professional skills, soft skills. I delivered meaningful innovative lessons challenging learner views, initiating animated group discussions and student-centered debates. I ensured that learners could reach their own unique individual objectives. I conducted one on one discussions reviewing the student's progress; highlighting any areas of weakness. I have experience with chairing meetings, investigating issues, devising personal targets and assisting with progression route advice.

Working independently, I was module leader for the Human Resources, Customer Service, Business, Media and Events on a Plymouth University accredited Foundation Degree (Watersports and Leisure Management). The role included devising, developing and delivering and leading the course program. I had to think creatively, and problem solve to create schemes of work, assessments and mark-schemes. With an objective of active learning, embedding technology and a student-centered approach to enhance the student experience. I devised lessons to meet the needs of learner but also my own pedagogic aims. Taking into account the mainly a kinesthetic audience, I designed interactive tasks, promoted active learning, gamification and used multimedia tools throughout the lessons. I mentored the students to successfully deliver a team-based charity fund raising event and subsequently created an innovative assessment based on skill application. I supervised learners offering guidance on marketing, branding, communications, legality and the deliverable product.

Reporting to the operational, sales and technical directors, my role involved adding value and quality to the current business processes. I outlined internal process issues and solved costing queries. I used Excel extensively to design a forecast model and sales reports. I was also responsible for drafting proposals for solar PV and biomass installations. I worked with the sales team to manage the sales pipeline. I undertook and evaluated research into the option for an external sales team. I completed training on Environmental ISO14001 and Quality Control ISO9001 requirements.
