• Site investigation and evaluation• Assessment of the implications of relevant regulations.• Timeline requirements• Identify risks• Checking drawings proposals against statutory requirements.• Obtaining any necessary documentation from council and statutory organizations(example: sg diagram, estate guidelines, drainage connection).• Arranging for additional services required. e.g. Land surveyor• Building program• Flow of information• Analyze risks pertaining to time constraints• Assist client in the appointment of other consultants required for the project.• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.• Track the progress and quality of a project being performed by the responsible disciplines / trades.• Project co-ordination with other professionals. E.g.
