I am a Partner with Evans Fox LLP, located in Rochester, New York. I represent clients in a wide variety of matters. I help business owners throughout the lifecycle of their business from start up, to hiring their first employee, to acquisitions of equipment and other businesses, all the way to sale or transition to inside or outside ownership. My experience in representing many local lenders in secured transactions also allows me to provide a different perspective to my business clients. In addition, I counsel clients in both basic estate planning (Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Proxies) and in more complex estate and estate tax planning. Long-term care is a growing need in our community, so I spend a significant amount of time helping clients to protect assets while trying to preserve clients’ eligibility for Medicaid benefits. I graduated from SUNY Buffalo Law School magna cum laude with a concentration in Finance Transactions. I am licensed to practice in New York.Attorney advertising.
