I am a senior investor and analyst with experience working both on the buy-side and the sell-side. I have a track record of delivering excess returns, with particular success in Global professional services, Global industrials, Global materials, and renewable energy. My investment framework revolves around pattern recognition for secular and cyclical opportunities. Since 2018, I have worked at Newton Investment Management (part of BNY Mellon) as a fundamental buy-side equity analyst. Serving both growth and value equity PMs, I have sole responsibility for 20 thoroughly researched equity recommendations where the individual stock investments typically run into the hundreds of millions of dollars. I have developed a consistent track record of positive attribution for Newtons Core Global Growth Equity strategies. My research approach is thorough, thoughtful and repeatable with a high level of interaction with corporate executives. I had a 12-year career at Goldman before joining Newton in 2018 as the senior Global materials analyst. At Goldman, I achieved successive promotions to Executive Director of European Chemicals, leading a team of six. I was fortunate to experience multiple sectors during my tenure at Goldmans including six years of midcap clean technology, four years of steel and pulp, paper and packaging and two years of chemicals through historic market moments. I also collaborated and executed on several IPOs and major equity raises. I generated substantial returns based on my internal Alpha capture track record for long / short strategies.At both Newton and Goldman I have mentored numerous amazing interns and junior analysts through the markets ups and downs, imparting my knowledge and experience as they forged their own path.
