Co-ordinating a small team and delivering a Parkour based youth development program in traditional and non-traditional education settings, delivered primarily to ages 10-18. The program was part of the QLD Governments 'Youth At Risk Initiative' and received funding for 4 consectutive years. Intergral to government funding was ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and NGO organisational requirements as determined by the funding body to meet contractual KPI’s. The role iteself consisted of providing direct support to young people in a sensitive, strengths based and non-discriminatory, non-judgmental way. Consistently engaging with youth from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds, I formed a strong rapport with the many youths who attended the program over the years, which presented and discussed theoretical and practical life skills and tools to assist with complex social and personal situations.
