With over nine years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a passionate and self-motivated Chef de Cuisine at The Coral Bay Club, a prestigious civic and social organization. I have an associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Carteret Community College, and I am skilled in catering, restaurant management, food and beverage, event planning, and banquet operations.As the Chef de Cuisine, I lead by example and uphold high standards, quality, and consistency in the kitchen. I delegate, assist, and motivate the staff in everyday food operations, and I work with management to ensure guest satisfaction and expectations.
