Stephen started his role in the manufacturing industry where he had on the job training in manufacturing and installation of natural wind assisted ventilation products. Now, 35 years on, he is the managing director of IVR Group, trading as Airocle. He shows his way in the natural ventilation sector with servicing our valued clients in the manufacturing and construction industry. Airocle’s foundations began in 1924 under the roofing sector.. During the late 60’s it then progressed further, specialising in natural ventilation. Today, Stephen works along-side a team of mechanical engineers to create a unique and customised approach to the industry, to help create a greener and more sustainable future. Stephen and his team at Airocle come up with truly unique solutions to complex ventilation issues with a data driven approach.Innovative, driven, passionate and entrepreneurial are words often used to describe Stephen's character.
