As the president, owner, and founder of LCI, my first responsibilities are administrative beginning wit business organization, strategic planning, personell development, budgeting, setting goals and moderating the professional staff's collective oversight in our projects from concept to successful completion of installation and construction of all our our projects. When time permits and I am lucky, I act as lead designer on large scale residential projects which has become my forte.

Prior to founding and developing LCI in Memphis, for seven years I was a co-owner, Vice- President, and Generl Manager of MGLS, a Sarasota, FL corporation engaged in residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, and Federally funded Hi-way Beautification Projects which were First Lady, Lady Bird Johnson's focus during her husband's Presidency. As an active member of FNGA, our state trade organization engaged in promoting our industry through local, regional and statewide events, educational seminars, development of industry standards in all areas,I was elected President of the State of Florida Landscape Contractors Association, FNGA and consecutively served as a board member of ALCA, our national trade organization.
