I led the development and implementation of management systems to assure compliance and improve efficiency. Elements included; requirements documentation, training, communication, auditing, corrective and preventive action, data management, performance measures, and reporting. Designed the framework and processes for our environmental management software. Developed and implemented software training for operations staff at 40 production facilities. The software notifies employees of tasks due dates, provides instruction on how to complete the task, manages electronic documents for completed tasks and reports on-time task completion to managers and executives. The software design also includes auditing support and corrective and preventive action management.

I led efforts to improve compliance programs resulting in reduced legal risk and reduced expenses. Focused on compliance program evaluation, process improvement, training and communications.
