• Develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate programs and services for children and their families. • Interview, on-board, train, supervise and evaluate program staff, partner staff, practicum students and community volunteers.• Budgeting, community development initiatives, facility management, scheduling, payroll, and writing grant proposals. • Partner with local service providers, business and community groups to provide targeted programs. • Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with school district departments, funders, businesses and community partners to plan, develop, coordinate and evaluate programs and services. • Assist schools and district staff in improving school/community relations and identifying local needs, assets, and resources that will complement and enhance the schools’ curricular program and student learning. • Establish local community-school partnership action teams with representation from school staff, parents, local residents, community agencies and local businesses that work towards supporting our most vulnerable students and their families. • Facilitate a purposeful collaborative approach to the planning, implementation and co-ordination of a wide variety of school-based supports and services with school district personnel and community partners in early childhood development, education, social services, health, recreation and community safety.
