• Construction Engineering/Superintendant for Urban & Industrial Land Development
• Construction Supervision inclusive of audits & testing of water supply, wastewater, drainage, gas, telecom’s, and electrical reticulation to comply with Australian Standards.
• Construction Supervision of residential and industrial estates inclusive of major wetlands, road & drainage works and utility services.
• Administration of contract construction inclusive of programming, budget controls and payments.
• Ensuring good relationships between stake holders, contractors, consultants and relevant authorities.

• Administer, prepare and monitor contracts, projects, and general work programmes including authorisation of payments, processing of claims, data and file management, specifications and work scheduling.
• Maintain effective working relationships with contractors through liaison, meetings and effective work programming, follow up and realistic target setting.
• Reporting functions include financial, maintenance, and progress updates, tender analysis, and cost estimates.
