The role involved managing a sales team to hit specific targets and assisting the compliance manager with ensuring all new accounts were opened correctly; this included:• Managing individuals towards their own and team target for a range of products/services• Developing training programmes for new and existing colleagues• Ensuring any accounts opened or renewed followed the correct compliance procedures• Audit the records of any banking activity to ensure the correct compliance procedures were followed• Monitor and report any suspicious incidents which could have included fraudulent activities
