Driven by the need to succeed (oh and speed) a conversation grew to an idea then to a business plan, a funding plan, investor sourcing and equipment evaluation. Then to the more complex elements such as the unknows like 'how to create a multi-use venue where we can relocate our equipment and barrier systems?' We didn't do this because it was easy, We did this because it was exciting and the passion was there for a different approach to team building venues.
