Concluded a technology investment programme of £20m to support a global business.• Created a new Finance Business Services function to support the business with analytics and management information. which was well received and very effective in developing an improved understanding of product profitability.

Global CFO for the investment bank reporting to the main Board CFO. Responsible for all DrKW finance functions – with predominant centres in London, Frankfurt, New York, and Tokyo (circa 580 staff).
