Charlie Company 3/160th SOAR (Abn) Medium Assault Helicopter Company.-Personal Management: challenged with management of over 60 Soldiers; responsible for the career progression of each member of the Company, as well as operational requirements both stateside and deployed to various locations in support of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) enterprise.-Leadership: entrusted with the responsibility to lead our Nations young men and women, dedicated to fight and win, worldwide; implemented Teach-Coach-Mentor model to ensure true commitment to future demands; managed $80mil worth of standard and non-standard SOF equipment.

Maintenance manager for 600+ Soldiers and 26 airframes consisting of MH-47G & MH-60M. Oversaw the fielding and integration of new parts, upgrades, and aircraft systems for both airframes. Lead developer in the Regiments online training and tracking system for validating and progressing aircraft mechanics. AMCOM Corrosion certified, worked across the Battalion in corrosion preventative measures.

Lead a team of aircraft mechanics and conducted Phase maintenance on the MH-60M. Completed 18 phase maintenance inspections, 100+ AMAMS, MODS and improvements to aircraft outside of scheduled maintenance timeline. Developed Soldiers to become leaders in all aspects of work and personal life.

Led the MH-60M training program for the 160th. Taught and developed 4 POI's (Rated Crewmember Course, Non-Rated Crewmember Course, Flight Instructor Course, MH-60M Transition Maintenance Course. Trained over 250 aviators both officer and enlisted in over 27 advance level flight task and mission planning techniques. Developed and rewrote training POI's to reflect innovations and advancements in training.

Ft. Campbell, Ky

Section Sergeant and Flight Instructor in the only unit to have MH-60K helicopters. Developed and trained over 50 Non-rated Crewmembers in multiple advance level flight task and mission planning.

Fort Bragg, Nc

Completed 6, UH-60L phases, worked unscheduled maintenance on UH-60L and AH-58D. Deployed to the invasion of Iraq with D/AMC then transferred to C 2/82.
