My career as a Solutions Architect entitles me to own and guide a project's technical stream. I hold the single point of accountability for the development piece of the project and make sure that deliverables are on time, on budget, with a happy client, and a happy team.I excel in a project's technical and management aspects, including estimation, drama, people, risks, or issues. I am able to think about the entire project - not just individual pieces. Additionally, it is my duty to maintain strong client relationships with both technical leadership and stakeholders.

As a technical Lead I have grown into more responsibility. I have enjoyed working as foundational resource to junior developers and assisting them in their day-to-day tasks. I am now responsible for performing regular 1:1 meetings to discuss KPIs, roles, and responsibilities, and conduct performance reviews. I help mentor junior consulting professionals by creating yearly structured career training plans based on the ambitions of each individual which are personally tailored to their interests. It is a rewarding feeling to know that I can pass on my technical knowledge and career advice in a meaningful and organized way.In addition, I am working to improve my technical writing. On a regular basis, I am technically grooming epics; creating planning spikes, work stories, and providing HLE projections, and target milestone dates.I perform technical audits of existing codebases to help identify areas of opportunity for clients.

Advancing as a web engineer means continuing to grow and to have an appetite for more responsibility. In addition to my aforementioned authorities, I have taken on an additional set of challenges to lengthen my achievements.I continue to execute at a high level by writing quality code coupled with unit tests and detailed documentation; it has become the norm for me. In addition to my regularly-scheduled workload I also provide comprehensive PR reviews as a Senior FED.On a client level, I continue to work intimately with clients to make sure that all of their boxes are checked, QA is satisfied, and everyone is happy before any production release. I have experience with Kanban, Waterfall, and Agile scrum methodologies and can adapt to style the team prefers. Using my expertise in technology collectively with UX/UI, I am able to make meaningful suggestions to clients for best practices and alternate considerations during our development and planning process.In addition, I have also taken on the responsibility of mentoring junior developers about the art of consulting; helping to safeguard code quality, introduce them to best-practices and provide meaningful advice along their journey. I enjoy teaching and welcome questions to help another peer excel when challenging problems arise.

As an associate FED my role was to write quality code for clients based on wireframes to pixel-perfect, responsive proportions for the web. I worked with many clients in multiple Javascript ecosystems to ensure an effective delivery, tailored to each clients' needs. This included writing component style-guides, interfacing with REST APIs, working closely with our internal team, client in-house developers, and other 3rd party engineers in a coordinated effort. My focus was on quality, efficiency, and timely delivery for each client.

Setting up state of the art timing equipment for road races throughout New England. I work directly with Race Directors who organize these events and ensure precision timing for hundreds of racers.

Clients come to BT with a dream of making their company's ideas a reality. My role as a developer is to make these ideas come to life from a custom design from Bonfire Tides’ top designer. I specialize in making anything from websites, product applications, to mobile iOS and Android apps using a multitude of tools and frameworks.

I began doing an immense amount of marketing, using social media, planning events and distributing merchandise for their target market of investors and college students.More notably, I worked on processing raw XML data using python scripts for conversion to HTML for an ebook platform. My day-to-day consisted of working with Regex, formatting semantic HTML and writing responsive CSS to support major browsers.
