The result was a 30% reduction in aging tickets and a 25% increase in customer satisfaction in one quarter. o Streamlined User Provisioning process and procedures, which resulted in a 50% reduction in the completion time of requests as well as met SOX Compliance. o Designed Disaster Recovery plans and executed tests.  Forecasted and maintained a 3 million dollar corporate budget.
