My passion for studying biology and chemistry comes from family members who dedicated themselves to helping others through medicine. My career path, however, was far from linear. Starting as a Medical Laboratory Technician, I discovered my fascination with clinical medicine and its profound impact on people's lives. This experience fueled my ambition to pursue medical school.After two years of studying in medical college, I realized that direct patient care was not my calling. Instead, I channeled my passion for understanding science and performing research into roles within various pharmaceutical companies. I bring over 6 years of proven expertise in clinical project management, where I excel in team building, budget and contract negotiations, task delegation, study start-up, trial maintenance, and closeout activities. I also specialize in managing electronic clinical outcomes, nurturing client relationships, negotiating with vendors, and reporting to stakeholders. I have led cross-functional teams, delivering client results on time and within budget. I genuinely enjoy being able to apply my analytical mindset and agile methodologies to a complex study in order to create workflow solutions geared towards risk mitigation and problem solving.I am continuously learning and expanding my professional network across industries.
