Progressive advancement from Assistant Treasurer to Vice PresidentResponsible for managing teams on audit reviews of all banking and capital markets business lines, risk, operational and support functions. Extensive interface with regulatory examiners. Accomplishments:• Co-established the audit function for Paribas in the Americas. • Performed due diligence reviews of bank clients in advance of bank financing. • Directed projects for re-engineering the Finance, Human Resources, Commodities Collateral Management and Trade Finance Departments.• Designed and implemented a quality assurance framework for Paribas Bank of Canada to meet local regulatory requirements. • Established the IT audit function and internally implemented an industry standard framework for IT reviews.

• Evaluated, designed and installed microcomputer applications for the firm and for clients. • Performed audits of non-profit and retail customers. • Prepared financial statements and tax filings for corporate, non-profit and individual clients and advised clients on tax matters.
