Over the summer of 2023, I worked as an analyst in Dallas for the commercial real estate investment company, Viceroy Investments, under the mentorship of Steve Rogers and Seth Thatcher. Viceroy is strategically focused on value-add investments in the DFW market, ranging from the office, retail, and industrial asset classes. As an analyst, I honed my skills by completing the A.CRE 17-Course Real Estate Financial Modeling Accelerator. Most importantly, I got to participate in the acquisition process of multiple properties by drafting LOIs and by conducting asset analysis exercises for sales and lease comps. I also got an inside look into property and asset management and property valuations by attending numerous meetings with brokers, property owners, tenants, and lenders. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and I would like to thank Steve Rogers and the entire Viceroy team for mentoring me and teaching me.

I worked as a student ambassador and tour guide for TCU starting at the end of the Fall 2021 term until the end of the Fall 2022 term. As an ambassador, I led weekly tours for prospective students and families around TCU's campus, aiming to recruit students to the university by using presentation and people skills and detailed knowledge of the institution. I also led online tours as well as lunches for incoming students.

Starting in May of 2021, I worked as a tour guide until August 2022 for Edge Motor Museum, taking visitors from the US and abroad through the museum's American car themed exhibit, which featured a rotation of over 20 cars. I also opened and closed the museum along with my duties as a guide.
