As a server, it was my responsibility to be a key factor of the guest’s experience at Tio’s. I was required to pay close attention to details, stay attentive and pleasant at all times. I made sure to assist all guests, not just the tables was assigned. I also had to have extensive knowledge of the menu and the history of Tio’s. •Sava’s 216 S. State st.

As a host I worked extensively with the OpenTable system. I was required to know the menu, the seating chartof the restaurant, exquisite customer service and I required to handle a very fast paced environment while maintaining composure and interacting with the guests.

I prepared salads and desserts. This included pulling all vegetable, preparing and knowledge of thesalads/desserts offered at the time, maintaining a clean work area, communicating well with the wait staff, andfollow health/safety sanitation guidelines for all products.

I remembered orders, served coffee and relevant beverages to all customers in time. I set up and shut downthe coffee station on a daily basis and ensured proper cleanliness of the assigned area. Assisted in choosingthe coffee specials of the day. It was paramount that I communicate extremely well and efficiently with thecustomers.

Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to allrecipe presentation standards. Maintained a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual eventsto keep store operating to standard. Anticipated customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the storeand customers, especially our regulars.
