About Stephen Cawley
After more than 30 years in retail, working for arguably the best retailer in the UK, I took the decision in 2020 to try retirement and renovate an old property. This lasted through lockdown, but by 2021 I needed a new challenge and joined Biocair in June 2021 as their Head of Sustainability. Not only does this role challenge me because of its global reach (China, US, South Africa, and Europe), but also because I’m building and embedding sustainability in a fast-paced and expanding business.I’ve been able to bring my passion for sustainability and social impact, as well as my years of experience in operations, customer service, quality management, procurement, and governance to the role.
