Multi-year experience in predicting/risking petroleum charge to subsurface prospects. Worked at basin to field compartment scale in many basins around the world. I worked on the BP Miller DF1 project as CO2 Geoscientist before taking a position in BP Alternative Energy as CO2 Storage Manager in BP's entry in the UK govt. competition for funding for a full chain CCS demonstration project.Transitioned to Project and Resource Manager (RoW) looking at indirect and direct Carbon abatement options for emissions reduction and management for risk and value in BP Alternative Energy.Final position before retiring from BP Group Technology (August 2018) was leading a team of CCS subject matter experts assisting the In Salah Gas Joint Venture (Algeria) with managing its closure of the In Salah CCS project, from monitoring and well P&A planning through to strategy, with close interaction with the Regulator.Currently retired and about to start a couple of personal property renovation projects back in the UK after recently returning from the UAE.
