Developing and implementing efficient sourcing and category management strategies in line with Midcosta brand.Identifying and exploring lucrative sourcing opportunities through industry research and networking.Suppliers' qualification assessment, including assessments on Supplier's Management System, Quality Management System, Site and Facilities Management, Product Testings, etc.Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.Assessing, managing, and mitigating risks in procurement processes.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.Supervising the strategic sourcing team, interacting with Midcosta headquarter and vendors, evaluating and developing procurement strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize cost, and negotiating supplier contracts.

Work effectively with Product Development Team to develop and implement product development strategies and roadmaps, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback, stay connected with industry trends and technologies.Work closely with QA team to monitor and ensure high-quality standards in production, inspecting processes and outputs.Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence; Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team; Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of salespeople; Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team; Regularly attending different trade shows along with sales team to exhibit company’s latest products; Work closely with clients for all OEM projects.
