Product Strategy Plan Visteon China Display product value proposition and strategy in conjunction with Global Product Management teams, ensure global roadmap meets the local customer needs; Support Global Display Product Management Director to develop and update Global Product &Technology roadmaps; Keep close engagement with China Sales, Marketing and Engineering to manage and align display product strategy in China; Support reginal go-to-market strategy including target markets, positioning, pricing, push/pull strategies; Conduct VOC with local customer to identify regional specific customer requirements, pain points and market need; Follow industry and automotive trends to ensure Visteon display products is competitive in China.Business Plan and Win Coordinate new product opportunity and actively manage the competitive technical solution leading to profitable growth;-Build relationship with key persons at major accounts-Drive innovative, competitive, integrated solutions to meet customer's business needs-Identify opportunities for differentiation and formulate value proposition and related pricing strategy Leading and driving RFI and RFQ as well as Concept-presentations to customers; Support Sales, Marketing, Business Development functions to promote display product.-Actively push new product/technologies at key customers-Share best practices with customers-Support key customers with technical questions.Market Trend study Study display applications / markets to understand demand/trend and create new business opportunities; Monitor market share metrics to assess market performance in China; Support Global Display Product Management Director to develop and update Global display market trend.Supplier and Partner Input to pursuit team on display supply chain structure – both sourcing and manufacturing footprint; Identify and develop the partnership with the upstream/downstream industry players for Display Eco-system development.

1.Assure LCD parts good performance in box level. Problem shooting of LCD parts to support box assembly production. 2. Manage LCD supplier by system audit, process audit and closely daily work and improve supplier performance. 3.Provide sourcing technical and quality support to Lenovo procurement on Notebook LCD. 4.Participate in suppliers and Lenovo development team in the design of new LCD development & qualification, and MP phase Engineering Change management. 5.Gradually improve supplier quality to meet LCD team KPI target.

1. Set up and adjust global Notebook LCD launch schedule, coordinate with global Procurement, Engineer, Operation and Marketing to reach successful launch on all DELL new laptop. 2. Convene LCD team and arrange core team meeting, update project status and fix issues. 3. Contact with LCD Vendor for updating Project schedule, verifying engineer specification& regulatory certification, arranging LCD sample allocation for testing.4. Create and maintain LCD production data in Agile and I-drive system , provide LCD data consulting to Global Team.

1. Analyze and review product marketing requirement document, set up and maintain Project Data structure in system for Global Sales, Procurement, Service and Manufacture. 2. Provide Product Data consulting to Global team.3. Process, track and audit Global Engineering Change Order in Agile. 4. Provide Agile system training to new hire and DELL global employees. Promotion to Senior CM Analyst and Agile training team leader in 2010. Be in charge of recruiting People and arranging Global Agile training.

1. Use SAP and FP system to calculate material inventory and demand for shipping.2. Analyze inventory, material status and production capacity to set up shipping plan.3. Tracking execution of production plan, coordinate with other department to solve incident. 4. Use SAP system to receive customer order and transfer to shipping data, review daily shipping report. 5. Promote to Service&FRU team leader in 2005 to train new hire and integrate team work process.
