I was born and raised in Iowa where you have a great moral upbringing and strong family values.I served our country in the United States Air Force.I am married with two grown sons.Over the years I moved from software engineering into release management and finally in 2001 I moved into customer support where I became proficient in computer capacity planning and modeling. In this role I also gave training courses on computer capacity planning using materials that I had written.In 2010 I moved into the senior support representative position where I became the team leader of the first level support team. On January 18, 2016, the strategy of the company changed, and my position at TeamQuest was terminated.I enjoy working with customers either in a support or training roles.
