As a seasoned Strength and Conditioning (S&C) coach with over six years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with national teams, university programs, and youth initiatives. Currently, I serve as the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Surrey, where I have honed my ability to coach multiple sports at an elite level. In this role, I oversee a team of three full-time staff members and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, doctors, head coaches, and university personnel.Having personally experienced the transformative power of sport, health, and fitness during my own upbringing, my goal is to provide young athletes with the tools to develop discipline, achieve their goals, and improve their overall health through sport and fitness.
