In doing this I formed a work winning team from Italy, Germany Sweden and the UK that reduced the cost base by a double figure percentage and increased the profit take into double figures. A key success was the approval of a ridged conductor beam and Air Insulated Switch system • I worked alongside clients to develop multi discipline turn key projects business cases. I provided Early Contractor Involvement representation into their bids to Department For Transport and Transport Scotland. This deliver value and success in announcements made by the Government Spending review supporting and funding the projects £800m and the concept development freight project £340m • I assisted with the successful introduction and development of four products that add significant value to the client by reducing the project cost, (reducing client 40% on costs). Through my creation of stakeholder presentations and management I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge into the commercial and investment world. We achieved success on the listing with an over subscription of 33% • I also set up our design service and management processes using these to improve the delivery of projects

I took on the role and developed my engineering and management skills. • Assisting with contract management, devising the strategy and work bank with AMEY, Carillion and Jarvis • Delivering three renewals sites a week planning, site and assurance. Total contract value £75m per yearCivil Engineering Graduate Trainee (Various Locations) • I was selected as one of five graduates to join the scheme.
