I am fundraising to continue building a kindergarten school, nursery, infirmary and community hall in SW Uganda. It is called the Emily Collins School after our daughter who, before she died, inspired Martin Duhimbaze the founder of OFHM (Our Father’s House Ministries) to follow his dreams to rescue vulnerable children from the streets and to give them an education, security, medical treatment and hope in a decent future.The school opened in January 2022. It will eventually be a 3 storey building but the ground floor opened first and already has 70 children attending! There is a long way to go so it would be wonderful to hear from any budding individual or corporate sponsors who are looking to make a difference to vulnerable children whilst increasing their CSR.
