BNY Mellon acquired PNC Global Investment Servicing, Inc. (PNC GIS) on July 1, 2010.2011 - 2024Moved to BNY Mellon Global Operations in 2011 to manage and integrate the core mutual fund operations functions into BNY Mellon Asset Servicing post acquisition. Managed a diverse, multi-functional financial services operations organization. Established a large satellite organization (250+ employees) in the company’s Pune, India location to support the globalization of domestic mutual fund operations. Executed a major facility relocation (RI to MA), affecting 300+ operations employees. Assumed a wide array of additional operations responsibilities during this time frame, including oversight of risk management, fraud prevention and project management activities. Appointed Operations Resiliency Lead in 2018; oversaw all Business Continuity, Incident and Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery efforts for three critical businesses within BNY Mellon.2010Selected to join the BNY Mellon Merger & Integration Team to help oversee the integration of PNC GIS businesses into BNY Mellon Asset Servicing (one-year assignment).
