Oversees, schedules and coordinates all site activities on mixed-use & multi-family apartment projects with subteranean and on-grade parking garages. Problem solves with consultants and subcontractors to resolve conflicts and innadequacies with the plans and spec.s.

Campbell, Ca.

Responsible for the delivery of customer warranty service for the Villa Fontanas 91 unit condominium community, a 4 story Type-5 wood frame over podium and underground parking garage in San Jose, Ca. Those duties included; performing Home Owner walkthroughs, coordinating warranty service delivery, completion of construction closeout activities and delivery of the common areas to the Home Owner’s Association.

Santa Clara, Ca.

Responsible for assisting with construction management and site supervision for a 200 unit rehabilitation project at Rincon Gardens Senior Apartments in Campbell, Ca. This project was done while occupied. Duties included interfacing and problem solving with; management, subcontractors, County Housing Authority, Property Management, Architects, Design Consultants, Fire Department, Building Department and Public Works.

Assistant Superintendent duties at the Palm Valley Village of Marinio Apartment Community; 189 units, 4 story Type-5 over podium and underground parking garage. Customer Care Manager and Assistant Superintendent for final completion of 2030 North Pacific Condominiums; 70 residential units and 6 commercial units, 4 stories over podium and underground parking garage. Construction defect investigation and consulting on various projects.

Design and Development of the Builders New Home Warranty Program, Management of day to day operations, Hiring, training and managing its personnel, Research and development of a marketing plan and materials. The Warranty program served Villa Cortina Condominiums; 189 units 4 stories over parking garage, and also Neal Ave Town Homes; 20 units.

Designed and built custom homes, remodels, additions T.I.s, cabinetry and furniture.
