As a personal trainer at Goodlife Fitness, I was responsible for leading my clients through their individualized exercise prescriptions that I developed. Providing nutritional advice and physiological education to clients was critical in inducing positive long term behaviour change that allowed clients to adhere to long term exercise programs with me. These actions also aided in the sales aspect of the position allowing me to succeed in gaining clients as well as retaining current ones to maintain a cull clientele.

I was responsible for delivering modality treatment to patients, shadowing initial assessment appointments done by the physiotherapist, and supervising patients through rehab exercises they were prescribed to do in the clinic.
