Implement asset management and maintenance planning system

• Lead IT projects (Primarily in Financial Applications)• Design information systems and processes to support business requirements• Perform operational problem root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions• Testing and implementation of new and improved processes.• User training, advice and guidance.• Financial period end and Year End Cost Rollover

• Specific responsibility to develop the Warehouse Management System• Provide systems support for all aspects of the PACCAR Parts Aftermarket Business including Materials Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Warehousing and Distribution• Develop and test system enhancements to accommodate changing business requirements and process improvements• Provide internal and external user support including training of new features and developments

• Managing a team supporting all aspects of PACCAR Parts Aftermarket Business including a network of over 50 dealers, Materials Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Warehousing and Distribution

• Provide systems support for all aspects of the PACCAR Parts Aftermarket Business including Materials Planning, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Warehousing and Distribution• Develop and test system enhancements to accommodate changing business requirements and process improvements• Provide internal and external user support including training of new features and developments

• Managing a team supporting all aspects of PACCAR Parts Marketing activities• Monitoring and reporting of the dealer performance statistics including profit margin retention• Devise and distribute dealer incentive programmes and supporting promotional campaigns

• Implementation of a complete aftermarket business system requiring analysing all business functions and processes including extensive testing and comprehensive training materials

• Manage the receipt and processing of customers’ orders and the review of shortages (initiate appropriate action to ensure supply of material), liaise with all departments to resolve any dealer issues or enquires including training requirements

• Responsible for all procurement activities including special M.o.D. projects, coordinating supplier visits, and conducting price negotiations and lead-time reviews

• Sourcing and re-sourcing of vendor and captive material, purchase order placement and expediting• Contingency Supply, Cost Reduction, Inventory Valuation and Turns

• Create pricing structures to affect list prices, monitor and maintain profit margins• Process customer price quotations and issue of reports and analysis
